Do you provide snorkeling gear?

Yes - we provide life vests, snorkel gear and masks.

What if I have never snorkeled before?

No problem! Our snorkel guides will show you how to use the equipment and take you to the best spots.

I know how to snorkel and would like to free dive - can I do this?

Unfortunately, federal regulations prohibit free diving. Only snorkeling with a life vest is allowed.

I'm a keen sailor. Will I have the chance to really sail?

Unfortunately no. Maritime Authorities in Mexico are very strict in the sense that only licensed captains can take control of the vessel. If you have a valid Mexican navigation license, called "Cartilla de Navegación", please let us know, so we can take it into consideration.

Are there any activities for children during these tours?

Don’t worry! If you have children, they will be entertained on our private boat tours in Cabo San Lucas. In all of our private tours, children and adults can use the provided snorkeling equipment, and our staff will even help fit them properly. We also offer paddle boards on our sailboat and yacht tours, so your kids can enjoy gliding over the glass-like water in Cabo San Lucas. Paddle boarding is the perfect activity for young ones because it’s easy to learn quickly. For even more fun, sea scooters are offered on the Private Luxury Two-Bay Snorkel excursion. A sea scooter is a device that propels you underwater, so you can move faster and more efficiently than swimming and see more. Your kids will be able to zoom under the water and will love exploring the underwater world.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

If you want to bring your own food or drinks on board, that’s perfectly fine. Just note that we do offer an open bar and full lunch on our private tours. If you have certain dietary restrictions (food allergies, vegetarian, vegan, etc.), let us know beforehand, and we’ll see how we can accommodate you. Nevertheless, if you want to bring your own snacks, you may do so at no extra charge.

Are there any safety measures in place for sailboat and yacht charters?

If you join us for a private boat charter in Cabo San Lucas, you and your loved ones will always be safe. Our bilingual staff is trained and certified in CPR, so if the unthinkable happens, you will have a well-trained staff that can step in and help. Our vessels are also equipped with life vests and lifebuoys per Harbor Master regulations and requirements, and they will help you choose the right-sized life vests and even help you put them on and take them off.
